Tania is the Managing Director; she oversees all aspects of our publishing administration and client services.    A specialist in Film and TV copyright and royalty tracking, Tania has 15+ years’ experience in music rights management. Before CAS Tania’s background was in the Radio sector.

Victoria is our Senior Copyright Manager and is responsible for building and managing relationships with the performing rights societies to successfully deliver our global registration service to the collecting societies and partners. Victoria also actively manages our Copyrights and liaises with other Publishers to resolve conflicting claims to aid the smooth flow of royalties for our clients.

Callum is our Senior Copyright Analyst, no one has more practical knowledge of both our owned catalogue and the catalogues of those we administer than him. Being a musician himself he has a passion for making sure all our writers get every penny they deserve from our extensive network around the world. Callum also takes the lead on large catalogue ingestion where his attention to detail and love for problem solving ensures a smooth transition from former publishers or the perfect fresh registration with all the major societies.

Jim has a direct relationship with the composers and the production team on all our film projects. He acts as a bridge between the performing rights societies and film production company – a pivotal role in successful royalty collection. He is also responsible for our soundtrack album releases each year via our internal record label Filmtrax. Jim is also an award-winning composer in his own right.
